I ordered a costume for my child. I presumed this was standard European sizing (using centimeters). I ordered kids 110cm. The product arrived and is good quality but about 5 sizes too big.  I am not able to get an answer from customer service as to how this is measured - I'm just told it is custom made and will not be refunded or otherwise addressed.
